A WikiWord is simply a Word with two Capital letters (That is also referred to as camel Case). In a Wiki, if you edit a page and write such a word, it becomes a "begging link" which means it has a question mark link at the end. Vlicking on those question mark will open a completely new fresh page for you to edit and unfold the idea.
